Our unique system is prefabricated and pre-mortared in a factory environment which eliminates the need to fix individual brick slip tiles on site and gives a consistent finish across all panels.
The completed panels are delivered direct to building sites ready to be installed quickly and efficiently using a unique modularised mounting system. The installed panels and brick slip tiles require minimal pointing. Using this system, huge savings can be made with regards to time and labour as most of the work is complete.
The Stofix system allows architects and designers to select specific bricks. Unlike other brick slip tile systems, Stofix can utilise most high quality, weatherproof, kiln-fired brick surfaces manufactured by reputable brick suppliers. Choose your size, colour, texture or bond.
Stofix is a ventilated separated structure. The brick slip is mounted onto rails which leaves a wall- wide cavity between the insulation or the loadbearing wall.
Our advanced brick slip cladding is made of recyclable materials, kiln-fired bricks and natural stone. All of our production waste is recycled, and our system has up to 50% smaller carbon footprint compared to traditional bricks and mortar. Using a galvanised or stainless steel backing structure, the whole system can be recycled.
Stofix is certified by BBA and BSI to A2; S1 Fire Safety Standards, as defined by national Building Regulations. The product contains 3% polymer (hence the A2; S1 category) so the pre-pointed and pre-mortared system can be efficiently installed regardless of harsh weather conditions. There are no restrictions on the height that it can be installed, even the tallest of buildings can be constructed using Stofix.
Our patented, pioneering brick slip system is mechanically fixed and utilises a metal backing plate. Stofix brick slip cladding can be fixed to any load-bearing structure which can take the load of approx. 40-45kg/m2 (depending on the brick chosen). The rails of the mounting system can be mounted to insulated or non-insulated solutions.
Stofix has a 60-year Design Life (galvanised system) and 20-year warranty. Our warranty includes products supplied directly or from our supply chain partners. The Stofix team guarantee comprehensive design responsibility and end to end consultancy.
