End of year message – Alex Porter, Operations Director, Stofix Group
Alex Porter, Operations Director for Stofix Group sums up 2023 – a momentous year for the Stofix Group in terms of production efficiencies, sales, and growth.
“Is it possible to sum up 2023 in a few short paragraphs and thank everyone for the dedication and commitment they have shown this year – the answer is a definite no. 2023 has seen Stofix Group return its best performance since moving to Poland. The continued hard work of the teams in Norway, Sweden and the UK has meant we have seen a continual increase in demand for the product. This has pushed production to capacity and secured an extensive pipeline of work well into 2025.
This year has also seen some significant changes at our factory. We have looked to further improve efficiency and quality throughout all areas. The hard work of our teams has now come to fruition and we are seeing the benefits of our continued dedication. Further investment in our infrastructure will also improve our performance as we look to the future and expansion of the Group.
Special thanks should be given to the management team, who have all worked closely and effectively through what has been a challenging year. Karol Bzdawka stepped up in July to take the position of Plant Manager and has led the team on the path to success. It would be remiss of me not to acknowledge the hard work of all the supervisors and production staff that make our market leading system.
As I started, a few short paragraphs can not sum up what we have achieved this year. It has been nothing short of spectacular.
I would like to thank our supply chain for their continued support, and we look forward to a successful and prosperous 2024 for all.
