End-to-end façade design

At STOFIX UK, we manage your façade project from concept through to installation. Our clients work with one integrated team with one point of contact. The result? Ongoing communication, greater certainty around cost, programme and quality. Our in-house design team create a full suite of construction drawings for each project and our modular brick slip system is designed for each project. Each component can be tracked from the drawing right though to install using our custom-built software, STOFIX Tech and STOFIX Track.

With around 15 designers in-house, including three dedicated Design Managers, we have the capacity to support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting demanding lead times.

Efficient installation

Each panel and component is uniquely coded and linked to our bespoke Stofix CAD and tracking systems. This connects drawings directly to site delivery. This enables effective logistics, efficient installation and reduced on-site errors.

End-to-end service

We work closely with installation teams to ensure the project is delivered to program. As a specialist installation partner for STOFIX UK, Caxton Façades provides a fully integrated façade delivery service aligned with STOFIX system standards and project requirements. Our scope includes design coordination and technical consultancy, system manufacture, logistics and delivery scheduling, certified installation, and comprehensive aftercare and warranty support.

By maintaining collaborative accountability across all phases, we ensure clear communication between design, manufacture, and site teams, minimise programme risk, and support efficient, just-in-time installation sequencing in line with project timelines. 

Independently tested and certified

The Stofix system holds recognised third-party certifications, including:

• BBA Certification
• CWCT certification
• BRE classification

These accreditations provide reassurance that the system meets industry standards for safety, performance and compliance. Our design team remains up to date with regulatory changes, and we continue to enhance our CAD systems to reduce design time and improve accuracy.
