Our manufacturing process uses 30-40% of the energy typically required to produce traditional bricks. Our significantly lower carbon footprint allows us to provide a sustainable brick slip system to our clients.
We use natural, kiln-fired clay bricks and Magnelis® rails that are free from harmful elements and hold a full Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). All our materials are chosen for their durability and ability to be recycled to help us support a circular economy.
By constructing our panels in a controlled factory environment, we significantly reduce waste. Materials, such as brick, metal, paper and foil, are segregated and recycled through government-approved schemes to ensure nothing goes to landfill unnecessarily.
Our logistics strategy is designed to minimise environmental impact. We only use transport companies that meet the stringent EURO 6 exhaust emission standards. In order to optimise and increase the efficiency of the logistics supply chain, we optimise load space to reduce the number of journeys required to further reduce our emissions.
