Congratulations on your recent appointment. Can you share your journey leading to becoming Head of Data at Stofix UK?
“My background before joining Stofix was in accounting, with previous experience as a Financial Director. Since joining Stofix in 2020 as a Scheduling Manager, I’ve implemented processes and controls for our scheduling system and I also handle take offs and quotations. In October 2023 I was promoted to Head of Data.
Collaboration is the cornerstone of Stofix’s culture. How will you ensure that data-driven insights foster collaboration across departments?
I’ve implemented project management software aimed at enhancing collaboration and reducing the reliance on spreadsheets. My goal is to unify systems across all departments, leveraging accurate data for better decision-making and to optimise revenue, profit and overall customer experience.
Stofix is renowned for its innovative approach. How do you see your role aligning with and furthering the company’s values?
In alignment with Stofix’s renowned innovative approach, my role as Head of Data contributes to furthering the company’s values. By launching StoTrack, a product tracking system for our clients, I contribute directly to Stofix’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
I am also really passionate about fostering a positive work environment and a sense of team spirit at Stofix – fortunately, these qualities are already abundant within our organisation.
