Craig braves the shave for Young Lives Vs Cancer
Craig Nottage, a member of Stofix UK’s design management team is braving the shave (head and beard) to raise money for Young Lives Vs Cancer (formerly CLIC Sargent). The charity provides support for children and young adults (0-25) when they need it most. This charity is close to Craig’s heart as they supported him and his family when he was treated for cancer in his younger years. Craig will reveal all on Friday 28th April, so watch this space!
Craig commented, “It has been said to me on many occasions that I have too much hair on my face and I look like a cave man, so I have decided to shave it all off for a good cause. I went through cancer when I was 22 in 2009 and spent some time out of work due to treatments/operation. CLIC Sargent helped both financially and supplied support via calls and emails, they even put me in touch with other people going through a similar situations, which was extremely helpful. They also supported my family to help them deal with anything that was needed. I would like to give back and help young adults going through cancer. I cannot remember the last time I didn’t have a beard! So I thought this would be a good way to raise some money for young people and their families.
