Introducing StoTrack: A Game-Changer in Material Logistics
“StoTrack, our bespoke materials tracking solution, has proven to be a game-changer. Launched in July 2024, StoTrack offers numerous advantages to clients, making the entire logistics process more efficient and precise. The bespoke system is designed to allow clients to track the specific locations of each pre-pointed brick slip panel, schedule deliveries to site, and receive automated updates on production.

- Real-time tracking: Clients receive a login to the system so they can check the status of their materials either at the factory in Poland, in storage in the UK or on site.
- Comprehensive visibility: Each panel is scanned as it is packed. Clients can search by crate number, track the location of each panel, and view dispatch dates, reducing time spent on site locating specific panels.
- Time efficiency: The system’s filtering capability allows clients to locate specific crates quickly, such as those needed for a particular mast climber. This precision helps in reducing time on site, preventing delays.
- Damage reduction: By minimising unnecessary handling and moving of crates, StoTrack reduces the potential for damage to panels.
- Automated notifications: Clients receive automatic notifications from StoTrack, eliminating the need for manual email updates.
- Enhanced packaging: Crates are double-stacked and include a QR code, detailing the contents and allowing for easy tracking at every stage.
- Optimised rail bundling: Rails are now packed in specific bundles of ten, simplifying the counting process and ensuring the correct quantity is always on hand.
