The Bath House & Soho Yard shortlisted for Façade Awards UK
We’re excited to share that we have been shortlisted in two categories in the 2025 Façade Awards UK: Best New Build Project and Best Use of a Brick Slip Cladding System.
Best new build project (domestic) – Soho Yard
Soho Yard is a brand-new build-to-rent development in the heart of Sheffield, delivered by main contractor, Bowmer + Kirkland for Legal & General and Urbo (West Bar) Ltd. Completed in December 2024, the scheme consists of two high-rise residential towers, contributing over 360 new homes to the city.
Stofix was installed across two residential blocks totalling 9,740 sqm. The Stofix panelised system included six types of genuine clay brick slips and three distinct bond patterns to create a visually rich façade to meet the vision of 5Plus Architects. Read more about Soho Yard.

Best use of a brick slip cladding system – The Bath House
The Bath House residential development in Birmingham city centre stands on the heritage-rich site of the city’s first public baths. Main contractor, Winvic’s primary objective was to create a sustainable, living environment and social hub for residents. The development provides 504 build-to-rent homes creating a landmark for the UK’s second city, and is set to make a significant impact on the local community. A milestone for Stofix UK, The Bath House comprises four separate blocks ranging from 7-18 storeys, installed with 16,500 sqm of pre-pointed, panelised brick slip facade.
