Stofix UK nominated for 2022 Façade Awards
Stofix UK has been shortlisted in the 2022 Façade Awards in the category of ‘Best use of a brick slip cladding system’. This award recognises a recent Stofix project based in Bristol city centre, Box Makers Yard.
The residential development is a vibrant community of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. The 12-storey buildings include communal spaces and the apartments feature a courtyard or city view, a private balcony or terrace.
The prefabricated brick slip cladding panels ensured product quality, consistency and efficiency. The project was completed on schedule in 2021 over a 52-week period. Stofix worked closely with main contractor Vistry Partnership, Caxton Builders Midlands and Assael Architects.
Winners for this years Façade Awards will be announced at the awards ceremony taking place on Friday 4 November 2022 at The Midland Hotel in Manchester.
